Agoraphobia Causes

Agoraphobia is being in a situation or place where the person thinks escape is difficult. The person may also think that if something goes wrong, there won’t be any help on the way. It’s not just a fear of open spaces but could be as simple as being afraid of traveling on a bus or train.

This phobia can come in many shapes and forms. It’s not something to be taken lightly as it can have a detrimental effect on people’s lives.

As with most of these phobias, the over-analytical part of the brain plays a major part.

If we could bypass the over-analytical part of the brain, then we could in effect change the way we think about certain situations.
