How To Write Your Own Affirmations

Listen to Affirmations

  • Always write affirmations in the present tense
  • Avoid affirmations related to negativity
  • Believe in what you are saying
  • Feel what you are saying
  • Affirmations should be focused on your desire
  • Only use affirmation that inspires you
  • Repeat affirmation at least twice daily
  • Keep affirmations to yourself (private)
  • Repeat affirmations as if they already happened
  • Don’t give up until you see results

Writing your affirmations is easier than you think. There are only a few rules which you need to take on board to have effective affirmations that will work for you.

Firstly it’s important to understand that affirmations should always be in the present tense like it’s already a reality. Never put them into the future tense, they should always be in the here and now. 

So for example instead of writing the following like so ” I will be rich” You should write it like you already have it like this, “I am rich”, “I have all the money I need”, “My bank account is full of money” etc.

So once you know what you want, it’s then up to you to write about things that apply to your current life. You can change any aspect of your life by using personally written messages as long as you use them the correct way.

Write 10 messages for any area of your life you want to change. So for example, I want to become a more confident person. I would write down the following ‘to gain confidence’.

1. I love myself

2. I respect myself

3. I am always successful

4. I am in full control

5. I am in charge of my destiny

6. I am happy

7. I am capable

8. I live a great life

9. I am grateful

10. I have great abilities

Think about how these personally written messages work. It’s like a mantra that you’re repeating to yourself over and over again. It eventually works because you’re reprogramming your brain to accept this new way of thinking. 

What if you could write your powerful subliminal messages & then input them into music or run them on silent mode. You wouldn’t hear these messages but they would go directly into your subconscious mind.

But as you know by now, your amazing subliminal messages will enter your subconscious and change the way you think and act. After a while, others will take notice of a change in you also.
